Citycon Oyj acquired in September three retail centers located in Åkermyntan, Kallhäll and Fruängen in Stockholm Metropolitan Area, Sweden. The transaction was expected to close on 1 November 2005. However, the seller has announced that it has not yet obtained all the permits required for the closing and as a result the parties have agreed to postpone the closing date. The closing is now expected to take place on 1 December 2005.
