Citycon has announced that it has closed the acquisition of the entire stock of Tumba Centrumfastighets AB from Doughty Hanson & Co for approx. €60.8 million (SEK 550 million).
Tumba Centrumfastighets AB owns Tumba Centrum, a shopping center in the municipality of Botkyrka, south of Stockholm. The 34,184 m² Tumba Centrum Shopping Centre is a strong local shopping center and a regional meeting place for residents nearby Tumba Centrum, Botkyrka Municipality and the greater Stockholm area.
