The shopping center in the heart of Etten Leur, a project of Johan Matser Projectontwikkeling, BAM Vastgoed and BVR Projectontwikkeling, has won the 2006 annual NRW Award (Dutch counsil of shopping centers).
Yesterday evening, the Award was presented for the 17th time during the annual meeting of the NRW.
The redevelopment of the center of Etten Leur includes new city offices, retail space, cafés and restaurants, apartments and houses. The project was completed in 2005.
