Chris Lewis moves to Cordea Savills (UK)

Chris Lewis is joining Cordea Savills in January 2006 to work on growing the UK business. His position will be Director, UK Fund Management. Chris has spent the last five years at La Salle Investment Management and previously two years with Jones Lang LaSalle.

Chris brings a wealth of experience of managing segregated mandates for corporate pension schemes and he has a track record of insightful stock picking contributing to overall fund performance.

John Partridge, CEO of Cordea Savills, comments: "Chris' appointment is an important step in broadening our investment capabilities for UK funds. It also demonstrates our commitment to our UK segregated mandate business which remains central to our growth plans."

In the UK, Cordea Savills currently manages a total of £736 million in segregated mandates on behalf of local authority and corporate pension funds. In addition, Cordea Savills manages The Charities Property Fund, a joint venture with Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite. This Fund has grown to £291 million in size with 687 investors (as at 30 September 2005).
