Chayton Capital and CV Starr invest in €150m property investment (CZ)

Chayton Capital's Chayton Sava Property Fund, in partnership with C V Starr, has bought a 74% stake of Skoglund Holding Zrt. The Hungarian company was previously fully-owned by Gabor Kovacs's investment company, Bankar. It holds a portfolio in the region of 10 million m² of prime residential and all types of commercial development property generally in and around Budapest. Skoglund's strategy will change from holding and re-zoning land to a pro-active development business
