VastNed Offices / Industrial N.V. hereby announces that Mr. Gert Cowé will resign at his own request as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and president of the management committee of its Belgian subsidiary, Intervest Offices N.V., as from April 1, 2006.
In his replacement, Mr. Reinier van Gerrevink will be provisionally appointed as CEO and president of the management committee as from April 1, 2006. Also Mrs. Inge Tas will be appointed as member of the management committee of Intervest Offices N.V. More specifically, she will take up the position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As per April 1, 2006 the management committee will therefore consist of Mr. Reinier van Gerrevink (CEO), Mr. Jean-Paul Sols (Chief Operational Officer) and Mrs. Inge Tas (CFO).
