Change in management at IVG Institutional Funds GmbH (DE)

Ferdinand von Sydow has resigned from his position as the Managing Director of IVG Institutional Funds GmbH effective June 30, 2011 in order to seek new professional challenges.

Ferdinand von Sydow (43) joined IVG Institutional Funds GmbH in 2008 as a Managing Director and was responsible for new business with the market leader for real estate funds.

The Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG thanks von Sydow for his excellent work and regrets his decision to leave the company.

"Mr. von Sydow successfully expanded institutional property fund business, systematically broadened the product range and attracted new institutional investors to IVG," commented Dr. Gerhard Niesslein, CEO of IVG Immobilien AG.

"Following his departure, von Sydow's duties will initially by assumed by the Chairman of IVG Institutional Funds GmbH, Bernhard Berg.

"At the same time, Irmgard Linker joined the management of IVG Institutional Funds GmbH as of July 1, 2011. She will be responsible for accounting, risk management and controlling. We are delighted to welcome Linker as a highly experienced and recognized manager to our company."
