CGS reinforces its management (DE)

Commerz Grundbesitz-Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH (CGS) has reinforced its Management, which now includes Dr. Philipp Freiherr von Wilmowsky (34) and Alexander Tannenbaum (39). Both of them joined the Management on 1 January, 2006.

Dr. von Wilmowskys field of responsibilities includes specifically the acquisition of international customers for CGS, and the development of new products. Alexander von Tannenbaums responsibilities focus on the CGS Portfolio Management and Accounting

Dr. von Wilmowsky read law at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Munich. Following his doctorate at the University of the Saarland and the Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C., he served as trainee in the judicial service of the Regional Appeal Court in Munich, where he was admitted to the bar. Prior to his position with CGS, von Wilmowsky worked for ECE Project Management Budapest Kft, being in charge of the object development in Hungary.

Alexander Tannenbaum graduated with an MBA from the University of Frankfurt, and commenced his career as Head Auditor for the areas of auditing and municipal consulting with the company of Schüllermann und Partner GmbH. Later, he joined Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, heading the area of Finances and Accounting for Funds, Research and Taxes. Since 2002, Alexander Tannenbaum has set up and headed the portfolio management.
