CGI invests in Mahler4 on Amsterdam's South Axis

CGI breaks EUR 10 bln pan-European investment barrier

CGI Haus-Invest will invest in the buildings designed by Toyo Ito and Skidmore Owings & Merrill as well as the underground car park. This will bring CGIÂ's investment to EUR 250 mln at an expected annual yield of 7%.

CGI Haus-Invest, the German open-ended real estate fund of Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft (CGI), has in the meantime broken the EUR 10 bln pan-European investment barrier. About three-quarters of its portfolio is outside Germany, of which 20% in the Netherlands. Haus-Invest mainly invests in offices (80%) and retail (15%).
