Ceva Logistics leases 8,630 m² at PointPark Poznan (PL)

PointPark Properties (P3) celebrated another success in Poland. Ceva Logistics, one of the world's leading providers of logistics services, has leased 8,270 m² of storage space and 360 m² of office facilities in building DC1 at PointPark Poznan. Ceva's client is GlaxoSmithKline, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

"It was a big challenge for us to offer storage space to one of the largest logistics operators in Poland. This lease has helped us succeed in raising the park's occupancy to 90%," says Piotr Bzowski, P3's Leasing & Development Director.

"Providing our services to Ceva and its first-class pharmaceutical client is a big step forward for us. I believe that Ceva's presence in P3 PointPark Poznan will lead to further development within the park," Bzowski adds.

"PointPark Properties and Colliers International were at the right time ready to offer a high quality space, flexible services and professional approach - exactly what was demanded by CEVA," commented Piotr Zborowski, CEVA's Senior Vice President Eastern Europe.

The overall transaction was handled by Colliers International, a leading provider of commercial real estate services. Pawel Nosal, a Colliers representative in Poland, comments the transactions: "We supported Ceva Logistics in their choice of PointPark Poznan as their warehouse space provider due to the Park's accessibility, professionalism and flexibility in meeting the client's needs and the financial conditions offered by P3.

"I am proud to have participated in this process, which turned out to be complex, but also very prestigious and satisfying. It was a pleasure to work both with Ceva Logistics and PointPark Properties and I hope this cooperation will result in many other future projects, which we will be able to conduct together."
