On 2-5 June 2007, CEPIF 2007, the Central Europe Property & Investment Fair, will take place in Warsaw, Poland. CEPIF is one of the most important real estate events in Europe. Last year's edition attracted 3,056 participants representing 792 companies from 29 countries. This year for the first time the format of CEPIF will include a new part a multiregional CEPIF Residential Investment Days. On account of the expected interest this year edition will be held in 10,000 m² at the modern Expo XXI Centre.
CEPIF is the largest regional and internationally recognized event for professionals and companies active in the regional property market. CEPIF is a chance for businessmen, investors, organizations and cities to profile their services, attract investors, find business partners, observe latest trends and broaden their knowledge of the regional real estate market.

CEPIF Residential Investment Days (2-4 June)
The most profitable kind of investments are now residential purchases, but until now Central & Eastern Europe has been lacking a large event focused solely on the residential market. The newest part of CEPIF - the Residential Investment Days - will fill this gap.
2-day CEPIF Conference (4-5 June)
During the accompanying conference market leaders from the CEE and around the world will discuss CEE real estate trends and talk about what is to come. The conference will offer the broad view of the CEE real estate market. Each sector of the market will be covered by a short overview, presented by a leading consultancy, followed by a panel discussion consisting of high-level professionals active in the market and representing different points of view.
CEPIF Seminars (4-5 June)
While the conference will show the big picture, the CEPIF Seminars look at different sectors, topics and countries in closer detail. The seminars will consist of 5-10 experts and a journalist who will write an article based on discussionants' findings. A great variety of viewpoints and professional experiences of its participants guarantees an interesting and lively but still factual debate.
CEPIF & IHT Awards (4 June)
Once again in association with 'The International Herald Tribune' CEPIF will award the best developers in the CEE region. The results will not be scientific and there will be no jury evaluating the pros and cons. The market itself will decide the best in each of 6 categories:

- retail
- warehouse
- hotel
- residential
- revitalization
Architectural Academic Awards
Since its beginning CEPIF has supported all the initiatives that promote development of the regional real estate market. One of them is the competition for young architecture apprentices organized by IN-VI, one of the biggest architectural companies in this part of Europe.
