CBRE takes over the management of five properties in KPP Retail's portfolio (PL)

Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP Retail), a company specializing in the acquisition and development of local and regional retail centers, has decided to change the property management structure of five retail properties in its portfolio. As of 1 March 2013, CBRE, the world's leading commercial real estate advisor, will be responsible for the management and leasing of Centrum Handlowe Graf (Graf Shopping Center) in Chelm, Castorama in Skierniewice, Biedronka in Koszalin, Galeria Sieradzka and the shopping center in Brzeg.

"We have been cooperating with CBRE for a long time. The company was responsible for the leasing of retail space in Galeria Victoria in Wa³brzych, our flagship project, which as a result of CBRE's effectiveness was almost 100% leased on its opening day. I am therefore confident that CBRE's comprehensive knowledge of the Polish market, and the considerable experience of CBRE specialists will help us to fulfill the potential of our retail properties and thereby increase their asset value," said Richard Keen, Managing Director, Keen Property Partners Retail.

KPP Retail is also focused on maximizing asset value by realizing the full potential of its retail property investments. The company recently made the decision to change the management of two of its other shopping centers. On 1 February 2013 the property management of Galeria Victoria in Wa³brzych and of Rzeszów Plaza was taken on by Keen Property Management (KPM), KPP Retail's sister company.
