CBRE starts preparation for development of a new television center in Moscow (RU)

CB Richard Ellis announces about its involvement in preparation for development of a new modern television center for NTV (Russia), one of the largest Russian private TV broadcasters. The 23-story television center will be built at Novomoskovskaya Street, 18-22, Moscow. The total building area amounts to 1.2 ha. NTV has acted as the customer of the project.

On the first phase of construction the CBRE Project Management team will provide a set of services for construction control of heat supply utilities relocation from the construction site including: carrying out inspections and performance of construction control of works execution, participation in project meetings and reporting on contractor's works, finance monitoring, as well as control of works commissioning on site and other services.

NTV, a TV broadcaster founded in 1993, has achieved an audience of more than 120 million in Russian so far. NTV covers not only Russia's territory but is also available outside the country. NTV Mir television channel covers CIS countries and the Baltics, Western Europe, Middle East, US and Canada, Israel, Australia, as well as New Zealand and Oceania. NTV television channel gives 24-hour coverage in Ostankino television center, located at Akademika Koroleva Street, 12, Moscow.
