CBRE Global Investors sells six office buildings in the Netherlands (NL)

CBRE Global Investors announces the completion of the sale of six office buildings in the Netherlands on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund to real estate funds managed by Blackstone.


The 70,000 m² portfolio is made up of: Cross Towers in Amsterdam; Weenatoren and 200Weena in Rotterdam; and Forum, Sirius and Orion in The Hague.


CBRE Global Investors was advised by CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ Zadelhoff and Houthoff Buruma.


Blackstone was advised by Loyens & Loeff, Cushman & Wakefield, Arcadis and Deloitte.
