CBRE Global Investors sells eight office buildings in the Netherlands (NL)

CBRE Global Investors EMEA CBRE Global Investors has sold eight office buildings in the Netherlands on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. The portfolio totaling ca. 62,000 m² has been acquired by a joint venture between Goldman Sachs and OVG Real Estate.

  

The handover of the buildings, which are located in Amsterdam; Olympic Offices, Vivaldi Offices I & II and Centerpoint I & II , Rotterdam; Alexander Poort and Alexander Hof, and Den Bosch; Het Binnenhof, has taken place on September 26, 2013.

  

Financing for the acquisition has been provided by ING Bank and FGH Bank.
