CBRE Global Investors have sold Willenhall Industrial Estate to BA Pension Fund in partnership with Canmoor for €22.35m (£18.75m).
Willenhall Industrial Estate is situated just of Junction 10 of the M6 in the West Midlands. It offers approximately 37,161m² (400,000ft²) of space, and is currently let to multiple tenants.
Knight Frank represented CBRE Global Investors, CBRE represented BA Pension Fund and Canmoor.
