CBRE Global Investors refinances Nordic Property Fund (SE)

CBRE Global Investors has signed a multi-currency facility of SEK 1.9 bln (approx. €204.9 mln) and €176 mln with Nordea Bank AB (publ) and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) to refinance all banking facilities in CBRE Nordic Property Fund (NPF) in Stockholm.
The term is five years and the facility refinances all external loans of the fund. Cederquist and Krogerus advised CBRE Global Investors and Vinge and Borenius advised the banks.
