CBRE Global Investors, acting on behalf of the European Industrial Fund (‘EIF’), has acquired a prime logistics warehouse in Borchwerf II business park in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. The seller is DC Halderberge VOF, a joint-venture between HVBM Vastgoed and Wouda Invest. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
