CBRE appointed to sell an office mansion in the center of Moscow (RU)

CBRE, global property advisor, is appointed exclusive marketing agent for sale of an office mansion on 7, Malaya Ordynka street in Moscow, Russia.
This two-storey mansion with a mezzanine totaling 1,186 m² is located in historic center of Moscow in close proximity to the Kremlin, in 2-minute walk from Tretyakovskaya metro station. The building was fully reconstructed in 2002.
The mansion is a perfect solution for a representative office, head office or a mini-hotel due to its proximity to the historic sites.
According to the latest data from CBRE there are several factors in the market that raise the interest to the mansions with good location. First of all, sale deals volume in Q1 2015 grew 1,5 times compared to Q4 2014 and totaled over 40,000 m². This indicates the growing interest of the market players to complete the deals with the fixed long-term attractive prices and rental rates. Secondly, mansions are popular among status companies that feel confident despite the crisis. Thirdly, the attractive supply in this segment historically is very limited and will stay like this in the future.
