CB Richard Ellis today announced that it has been appointed by Deka Immobilien GmbH as a property manager on half of its portfolio of properties in France. CBRE will manage 12 office, retail and logistics buildings which cover a total of 163,591 m² and are located in and around Paris.
The portfolio includes office building 'Le Centorial', which covers 34,501 m². CBRE's Building Consultancy team monitored the redevelopment of this stunning 19th century building located in the heart of Paris in 2003. The EQWater building is also of particular note and will provide for 15,909 m² of sustainable office space.
