CBRE, the world's leading real estate advisory firm, has been chosen as one of the agents responsible for the lease of Plac Unii City Shopping in Warsaw, Poland.
Plac Unii City Shopping, which offers 15,500 m² of retail space, is a part of the prestigious office and retail complex Plac Unii. The asset is located at Plac Unii Lubelskiej, one of the most important transport hubs in Warsaw. The property is owned by Liebrecht & Wood / BBI Development SA.
