CBRE announces the signing of a lease agreement of a warehouse for KÄRCHER (RU)

CBRE is happy to announce that KÄRCHER, the world‘s leading provider of cleaning systems, cleaning products and services for recreation, household, trade and industry has signed a lease agreement for 11,700 m² of warehouse premises in a Class A industrial park PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo in the North of Moscow Region. The lease agreement is signed for 5 years.
The industrial park is located in Dmitrovskiy district of Moscow Region. The total area of the park is 397,855 m². The other current tenants of the complex are: Daimler AG, Hilti, 220 Volt and a local retailer Verniy.
Previously Karcher was dealing with 3pl services worldwide and in Russia in particular. But the benefits of the direct lease were essential, so Karcher has changed their policy in Russia and decided to become a direct lease contract-owner.
The Russian branch became the first in the world to sign a direct lease.
