CBRE has represented Matexi Polska Sp. z o.o. in the acquisition of a residential development site in Bielany district in Warsaw.
The land will be developed with a medium-scale residential estate for ca. 5,000 m² PUM. The property holds a valid planning permit. Matexi Polska Sp. z o.o. intends to start construction of the building within the next 12 months.
"This acquisition is further proof of the Polish property market's stability. Having in mind CBRE was involved in four substantial land deals only in the first quarter of 2012, we believe there will be more significant land transactions this year both in Warsaw and in regional cities," said Mikolaj Martynuska, Director of Development Consultancy Team of CBRE.
