CBRE advises Bank BPH in Tri-city move (PL)

CBRE has announced that Bank BPH has chosen its new headquarters in Tri-city region. The Bank will lease 19,000 m² in Euro Office Park complex and the move is planned in mid-2013.

BRE advised Bank BPH on the office leasing process by providing integrated Transaction and Project Management services, and running a comprehensive and transparent process, the bank obtained.

Euro Office Park will be situated 7 km away from Gdansk city center, in Jesieñ district, next to the recently built stretch of the WZ (East-West) Route linking Armii Krajowej Avenue with Kartuska Street. The location of the office complex will provide a convenient communication with the City Center of Gdansk and the ring road – the main road artery of Tri-City agglomeration.

Euro Office Park upon completion will comprise of three, five-story office buildings, surrounded by green areas. The first phase of the complex (two buildings) will include underground car parking for ca. 80 cars, as well as 200 surface parking places.

The prestigious character of the investment will be enhanced by the combination of a rather small area of the complex and a top-quality finishing materials and technologies applied, including suspended ceilings, raised floors, high class air conditioning, modern telecommunication systems and professional security.

The complex is developed by Euro Styl, a well-known residential and commercial developer based in Gdansk.

"After an extensive search for adequate space opportunities, we were able to identify Euro Office Park as the ideal location from a number of possible alternatives to consolidate Bank BPH operations in Tri-city region.

"In total, approximately 2,700 employees will relocate to the new facility from five separate locations totaling approximately 19,000 m². We are extremely pleased to serve BPH Bank in this significant transaction.
