CBRE Holding, Inc., the worldâ€™s largest provider of real estate services, today reported its results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2001.
Revenue totaled $1,170.8 billion for the year ended December 31, 2001, which represents an 11.5% decline from revenue generated last year. Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2001 totaled $337.3 million, a decline of 19.4% from last year.
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for the year ended December 31, 2001 totaled $108.8 million, a decline of 27.7% from the prior year, exclusive of merger-related and other nonrecurring charges. EBITDA for the fourth quarter totaled $50.3 million, an 18.4% decrease from last yearâ€™s results.
