CB Richard Ellis reports 2001 results

CBRE Holding, Inc., the world’s largest provider of real estate services, today reported its results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2001.

Revenue totaled $1,170.8 billion for the year ended December 31, 2001, which represents an 11.5% decline from revenue generated last year. Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2001 totaled $337.3 million, a decline of 19.4% from last year.

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for the year ended December 31, 2001 totaled $108.8 million, a decline of 27.7% from the prior year, exclusive of merger-related and other nonrecurring charges. EBITDA for the fourth quarter totaled $50.3 million, an 18.4% decrease from last year’s results.
