CB Richard Ellis has formed an alliance for a new office in Croatia, in response to growing international interest in the Eastern European country. Vlatko Dubravica and Arn Willems will head up the new office, which will provide the following business services for commercial and residential real estate: Investment, Industrial, Office and Retail Agency; Corporate Services, Consultancy & Research.
