In conjunction with the inauguration, CB Richard Ellis Investors announces that Roel Van Binsbergen has joined the Strategic Partners Europe investment team in the Netherlands as an Asset Manager. With over 19 years of experience in managing commercial real estate, his appointment is a key addition to the continental European team.
Through these developments, CB Richard Ellis Investors demonstrates its continued dedication to expanding its pan-European acquisition and asset management scope. The Strategic Partners Europe portfolio comprises logistics, office, residential and retail buildings located in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands.
