CB Richard Ellis Investors sells 17,000 m² office building in Brussels (BE)

CB Richard Ellis Investors, the global real estate investment management firm, today announced the cession of the 17,000 m² office complex, 't Serclaes, to the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUB). Located near the central station in Brussels, 't Serclaes was acquired in 2007 by a real estate investment fund managed by CBRE Investors.

The building was made the object of an intensive restructuration aimed at creating a modern and vibrant complex, boasting architectural harmony, increased energy efficiency and optimised tenant comfort, in the heart of Brussels historic center.

Nicolas Lutgé, Director with CBRE Investors commented, "This project is a strong representation of our strategic know-how, involving the repositioning of grade C office property into grade A property with the latest technical equipments. The in-depth renovation of 't Serclaes created tangible value, transforming an out-dated asset into one of the most efficient and modern office buildings to be found on the market."
