CB Richard Ellis Investors buys Dutch portfolio (NL)

CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III, a fund managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has acquired from a Dutch private investor a real estate portfolio comprising 22 properties (two logistic centers and 20 office buildings).

The properties are located throughout the Netherlands and represent a total area of 122,000 m², split into 42,000 m² of logistic space and 80,000 m² of office space.

Through this acquisition, CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III continues its pan European acquisition program. The fund portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of France, Belgium and Germany. The portfolio purchased is the fund’s first acquisition in the Netherlands.
