The Belfast office of CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE), the international commercial real estate firm, has announced that three of Northern Ireland's leading property consultants will join CBRE's rapidly expanding Belfast practice.
Chris Callan, Gerard McCann and Ciaran Donnelly, Directors at Whelan Property Consultants, one of Northern Ireland's leading and longest established property consultancy practices, join CBRE with immediate effect, further strengthening the CBRE team in Belfast.
With over 60 years' experience, Gerard, Ciaran and Chris bring with them a strong market place reputation and unrivalled sector expertise in the specialist fields of Landlord & Tenant, Valuation, Licensed Premises, Property and Facilities Management.
In addition to Chris, Gerard and Ciaran, five property professionals and two support staff from Whelans will also join CBRE's Belfast team. Following these appointments, CBRE's Belfast office will comprise a team of 20 which includes 16 property specialists. Along with the Dublin practice, CBRE Ireland will employ a total team of 140 people making it the clear leader in the provision of commercial real estate services throughout Ireland.
