The Dutch Catella Property Consultants and its Belgian sisterorganisation Catella Codemer are going to join forces in the new organisation Catella Property Group. This will be a new entity which will mostly focus on the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg market.
Catella hopes that the new cooperation will offer its clients, investors and real estate users a more complete service, with one consultant for the whole Benelux.
The new construction is made up of a number of companies with several real estate disciplines. Amongst others these include property management, transactions and corporate solutions. The name Catella Property Consultants will change to Catella Property Management. The focus of Catella Property Consultants within the new construction will focus only on property management activities.
