Castellum has through wholly owned subsidiaries during January 2005 sold and given up possession of six residential properties for SEKm 128.
Eklandia Fastighets AB has sold two residential properties in KÃ¥lltorp, Gothenburg to new tenant-ownersâ associations. The total area amounted to 3,600 m² and the total selling price was SEKm 51.
Eklandia has also sold two residential properties in the central parts of Gothenburg to new tenant-ownersâ associations. The total area amounted to 3,000 sq.m. and the total selling price was SEKm 44.
Fastighets AB Briggen has sold two residential properties in Helsingborg to new tenant-ownersâ associations. The total area amounted to 2,300 sq.m. and the total selling price was SEKm 33.
The sum of the above mentioned sales amounted to SEKm 128 which exceeds the book value at 31 December, 2004 with SEKm 65. The properties above have as previous years been valued by using an internal cash-flow based valuation model. The valuation at 31 December, 2004 amounted to SEKm 111 implying that the sales exceeded the valuation with SEKm 17.
