Castellum invests SEK 281 million (SE)

Castellum has through the wholly owned subsidiary Harry Sjögren AB acquired three properties in Högsbo, Gothenburg.

The properties are situated near the company's existing portfolio and consist of 17,700 m² in total of which half is office premises and half is warehouse premises. At the acquisition the occupancy rate was approx. 90%. The investment amounted to SEK 145 million (approx. €16 million) and the change of possession has taken place.

Further Harry Sjögren has started a new construction in Viared, Borås, of 9,200 m² of which 8,750 m² are high bay warehouse premises and the remaining part is office premises. The new construction is fully let and is estimated to be completed at the end of 2012. The investment is calculated to SEK 58 million.

In Rosersberg, Sigtuna, Fastighets AB Brostaden has started a new construction of 4,080 m², of which 2,820 m² consist of warehouse premises and 1,260 m² office premises. The investment is calculated to SEK 40 million and to be completed at the end of 2012. Currently there are no signed leases in the property.

In Örebro Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired an industrial property of 3,050 m² which is situated near the company's existing portfolio. Currently there are no signed leases in the property. The investment amounted to SEK 20 million and the change of possession has taken place.

In Backa, Gothenburg, Eklandia Fastighets AB has started reconstruction of a warehouse/logistics property for a new customer. The investment is calculated to SEK 18 million and to be completed during the second quarter 2012.
