Castellum invests SEK 179 million (SE)

Castellum has, through the wholly-owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB, started construction on 4,300 m² of office premises in Örebro in the Aspholmen area near highway E18/E20. The investment is calculated at SEK 68 million (approx. €7.5 million) and to be completed during the autumn 2012. The new construction has an occupancy rate of 40%.

In Jönköping, Fastighets AB Corallen has started the reconstruction of an office building for an existing customer. The reconstruction implies that two buildings are linked which will enable increased rental. The property is situated in the A6 area in direct connection to highway E4. The investment is calculated to SEK 29 million and to be completed during the first quarter 2012.

In the Stockholm are,a Fastighets AB Brostaden has started two new constructions of approx. 5,600 m² of warehouse/industrial premises for small-scale business. The properties are situated in Sollentuna and Järfälla and the total investment is calculated to SEK 58 million. They are due to be completed during the winter 2011/2012. Currently there are no signed contracts in the properties.

On the Danish side of the Öresund region, Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired a fully let property for SEK 24 million. The property is situated in Brøndby, Copenhagen, and consists of 3,470 m² of which 1,800 m² is office premises and the rest warehouse. The change of possession took place on July 1.
