Castellum invests SEK 177 million (SE)

In the Stockholm area Castellum has acquired five properties for a total of SEK 137 million (approx. €19.7 million) through the wholly-owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Brostaden. The properties were acquired at the end of 2010 with possession to be taken in January 2011.

Three of the properties are situated in Järfälla and consists of 10,400 m² of which 3,200 m² is office space and 7,200 m² is industrial premises. The properties have an occupancy rate of approx. 90%. One property is situated in Upplands Väsby and consists of 3,070 m² of fully let industrial premises and one property is situated in Nacka and consists of 5,650 m² of office/industrial/warehouse premises with an occupancy rate of 95%.

In Malmö, Fastighets AB Briggen has at the end of 2010 acquired and taken possession of a property for SEK 40 million. The property consists of a total of 11,550 m² of which 7,050 m² is office space, 4,180 m² is warehouse space and 320 m² other premises. The property is vacant.
