Castellum has completed a series of acquisitions in Malmo and Helsingborg for approximately €18.7m (SEK 190m). The logistics assets benefit from prime locations and can be expanded, allowing the company to strengthen its position in the market. The Oresund region, with Malmo and Helsingborg in the lead, is experiencing a boom in properties adapted to the increasing demand in the e-commerce sector.
