Canada Life Investments confirms the completion of a 20-year, £200 mln (approx. €245.4 mln) fixed rate deal secured by a portfolio of prime central London properties to a private investor.
This is the fourth transaction in excess of £100 mln that Canada Life Investments has completed in the past 18 months. Most recently, the company agreed a £134.75 mln 15-year fixed-rate loan with Shaftesbury PLC, with other deals including a 15-year, £113.7 mln agreement with Picton Property Income Limited and a £129.585 mln, 15-year facility to Schroders Real Estate Investment Trust.
