Caelum Development and Futureal sign agreement on Nova Park project in Gorzów Wielkopolski (PL)

Caelum Development investment group and Hungarian developer Futureal are proud to announce a joint venture agreement on the Nova Park project in Gorzów Wielkopolski, located in the fastest developing area in Poland just 70 kms from German border, which will open in Q1 2012.

Nova Park represents a total investment value of over €70 million.

The opening date is scheduled for Q1 2012. The Gallery is currently 62% leased. Among tenants there are several brands that have not been present on the local market yet, including H&M, MK Bowling, Intersport, SuperPharm, Smyk, Kappahl, Fielmann and others.

Additionally, retailers such as Piotr & PaweL, C&A, Triumph, Deichmann, Empik, CCC, Apart, Wojas and many others have already signed the lease agreements. 32,400 m² of GLA will house 150 retail/service units. For the convenience of shoppers there will be a free parking with 910 car spaces.

Nova Park will be the biggest shopping center in Lubuskie Voivodeship, located in the center of its capital – Gorzów Wielkopolski.

A consortium of Warbud and Mercury Engineering is the general contractor.
