BVIC Group has announced that it has received €20 million from Ethniki Leasing. The Group has signed a 12-year sale and leaseback agreement for 54% of the 8,800 m² retail development at 49 Kifissias Avenue. The contract covers the 4,758 m² of retail space and 1,342 m² of storage space that has been leased to Media Markt for 12-years.
This sale and leaseback agreement reaffirms BVIC's strong ability to raise finance, as well as the confidence placed by major financial institutions in the quality of the Group's projects, and the secure leasing agreements it obtains.
