BUWOG commences sales for first phase of the “52° Nord” residential project in Berlin-Köpenick (DE)

The BUWOG Group will commence the sales phase for “Seefeld,” the first phase of its new residential project, “52° Nord,“ in Berlin-Köpenick. Starting from this date, interested parties will have an opportunity to visit the newly opened showroom at the construction site in Regattastraße.
Among the highlights of the “52° Nord” project are its direct location on the banks of the Dahme, as well as its sustainable energy concept.
“Anyone who loves being near the water will soon feel at home at Seefeld,” said Alexander Happ, Managing Director for Development in Germany at the BUWOG Group.
The Seefeld comprises a diverse range of living concepts. Among them are apartments and penthouses, as well as townhouses and house-in-house concepts with two to five rooms. “It is important to us that this new city quarter can offer a home to people from different target groups, from singles and couples to families, and from young people to senior citizens. Our wide spectrum of housing types will have something for everyone,” said Happ.
In keeping with the sustainable energy concept behind “52° Nord,” BUWOG is setting up a local heat network based on cogeneration units and geothermal moving water energy to supply the apartments being built as part of the development.
“52° Nord” is currently the BUWOG Group’s biggest project. The company has initiated several projects in up-and-coming areas of eastern Berlin, as well as in the more established western city districts.
