The building of the library, parking garage and an office building of 10,000 m² should start in April 2004. No investors have been made public yet for the office space and the garage.

The first phase consists of parcel 1 and is put out to tender at the moment. The library will be approx. 29,000 m² and will be financed by the municipality of Amsterdam. The parking garage will consist of 2 layers totaling 17,000 m². At the moment no hirer or investor is known for the office building of 10,000 m². Joseph Elburg, Jones Lang LaSalle and DRS are involved in the letting of the building.
