PointPark Properties (P3) has successfully completed the construction of a warehouse facility at PointPark Bratislava in Lozorno. The build-to-suit project spans out over a 50,000 m² parcel of land with a total building area of 26,349 m², including 1,600 m² of office space.

Overall investment in the project came to 12.9 million.
The entire construction took only five months to complete and the warehouse facility was handed over to the client, Schnellecke Logistics, a logistics services provider, in mid-January 2012. The remaining office space was handed over one month later.
The client will use the warehouse to assemble and distribute automotive parts for various customers. Schnellecke Logistics will have its representative central offices in the new warehouse in PointPark Bratislava to manage and operate its facilities across the CEE region. Overall investment in the project came to 12.9 million.
"We are very pleased to have built a modern warehouse for such an important company as Schnellecke Logistics," says Pavol Podskoc, P3 Slovakia's Head of Construction.
"The project will be used as a logistics center serving a VW plant, which has recently started producing the new 'Volkswagen UP' model in the second half of 2011," adds Podskoc.
