Following the successful completion and handover of the South-Pest Business Park, the developer WING Zrt. will construct an additional 23,000-m² warehouse and office center on the neighbouring, almost 4.3-hectare site purchased in spring 2008, under the name of South-Pest Business Park II.
Together, South-Pest Business Parks I and II will comprise a total of 50,000 m² of warehousing and office space. In the first phase of the new development a 4,300-m² warehouse hall and a 4,000-m² office building are scheduled for completion in the first half of 2009.
Owing to its central location and modern, high-quality buildings, demand for space in the business park is high, both among local and foreign companies. Almost 60% of the new units were already let while plans were still on the drawing board. In the second quarter of 2009 one of the world's largest oilseed processing companies, Bunge Zrt, will move into the park.
