BSR Center to be handed over soon (HU)

The A and B towers of the four-tower BSR Center on Váci Road in Budapest, Hungary, have recently been completed and the C and D towers will also be handed over in a week. BSR Center provides approximately 25,000 m² of prime A-category office space with 12,500 m² of lettable area ready for immediate occupation in Towers A & B. The two exclusive letting agencies are DTZ and GVA Robertson.

The concept for the €40-million project was created and developed by the Israeli BSR Group, whilst the designer of the building is László Szász (Stúdió 100 Kft.). In 2007 the German GLL Real Estate Partners purchased 100% of this prime asset, which enriched their fast-growing real estate portfolio.

The most modern materials were used during the construction of the office center. The appearance of the building combines the industrial atmosphere of the old Váci Road and the modern architectural solutions.

The seven-story office building has an average of 3,000 m² per floor plate and the towers provide between 5,000-7,000 m² each. This large contiguous space provides areas to be arranged both horizontally and vertically, whilst plan arrangement can be flexibly adapted to the tenants' demands. Nearly 400 parking spaces will serve the tenants and their visitors in the two-story underground garage, which can be approached from the newly constructed Agyag Street.

There is also 2,500 m² of retail space on the ground floor, which is almost fully occupied: including a restaurant, an exclusive coffee shop and a bank branch, whilst some of the future tenants also intend to open customer service offices here.

One further attraction of the BSR Center is the beautiful landscaped back garden where, like in all common areas, Wi-Fi will be available.

The building is easily accessible by both public transport and car. The Gyöngyösi Street Metro 3 station is only a little over 100 meters away. The M0 ring road and the route to the Ferihegy Airport are easily accessed via Róbert Károly-Hungária boulevard and Árpád Bridge provides a fast link to the Buda side.

BSR Center offers the most up-to-date communication technology for its clients. The so-called 'redundant' network assures that in case of malfunction, the system switches to its reserves without shutting down, so users will not even notice the problem. The complex IT service package also contains IP telephony, a virtual private network, remote access, video conference and surveillance system.
