Brixton plc said it has agreed to let the last two remaining units, totalling 36,924 sq ft, at Antura on Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke to United Drug (UK) Holdings Ltd.
The lease is for a term of 15 years at 305,000 stg, with a 6-month rent free period.
