British Land has announces that it has completed two further lettings at Marble Arch House, W1, taking the building to over 80% let with just one floor remaining.
Private investor BXR Partners LLP has agreed a ten year lease of the 950 m² fourth floor, and global gaming technology company GTECH has agreed a ten year lease on the 1,067 m² second floor.
British Land entered into an agreement with The Portman Estate to purchase and redevelop Marble Arch House in 2011. The scheme, designed by Bennetts Associates Architects, comprises 5,686 m² of office space and 1,394 m² of retail space.
Fulcrum Asset Management was the first occupier to sign at the redeveloped building, agreeing terms on the 845 m² fifth floor in May 2014. They have been joined by Access Industries, which occupies the building’s 416 m² sixth floor, and NERA Consulting, resident on the 1,069 m² third floor. Only the first floor, totaling 1,061 m², remains available.
James Danby, Head of Office Leasing at British Land, said: “BXR Partners LLP and GTECH selecting Marble Arch House is a tremendous endorsement of the building. The building is now close to fully-let, to high calibre occupiers from a range of industry sectors, which we feel underlines the quality of the design, and the attractiveness of the location in the heart of the West End.”
