Parkridge CE Retail has appointed Bovis Lend Lease Poland as construction manager and cost manager for its planned retail and leisure centre in the northern city of Bydgoszcz.
The contract for Focus Park Bydgoszcz comes after 4 similar deals were struck between the pair for Parkridge Retailâs new projects in Zielona Góra, Rybnik and Bialystok.
In total the British Developer has plans to build 10 shopping developments, in cities with populations of between 100,000 and 400,000, at a cost of around EUR 300 mln.
