Bouwfonds Asset Management and Catella Germany signed a joint venture agreement offering investors a new open-ended Publikumsfonds regulated under German investment law: Bouwfonds European Residential Fund. This core fund primarily targets institutional investors and very high net worth individuals in Germany. It is the first fund offering exposure to pan-European residential markets. The fund targets a stable direct annual return of 5% and a total return of 7-8%. This is achieved through an investment strategy maximising the diversification potential of highly uncorrelated local residential markets.
