Bo Ljunglöf joins Aberdeen Property Investors (UK)

Bo Ljunglöf has joined Aberdeen Property Investors unit for indirect property investments, Aberdeen Property Investors Indirect Investment Management (APIIIM) as a Director.

Prior to the appointment he served as Managing Director for Skandia Liv Fastighetsinvesteringar AB and Chairman/Board Member of Diligentia.

"Aberdeen is one of the most interesting players in the industry right now and I really look forward to my new commission within this expansive and dynamic group", says Bo Ljunglöf.

Bo Ljunglöf's main task will be to develop additional products, together with existing and new clients, within APIIIM's business concept and as complements to APIIIM's existing Pan European fund-in-fund.

The unit APIIIM is a leading player in the field of indirect property investments, i.e. investments in different types of property funds. In short time, the company has reached a mandate volume of 15 billion SEK, offering both discretionary Investment Management and fund-in-fund solutions for property funds. APIIIM's fund-in-fund, which has attracted a lot of attention among institutional investors in the Nordic Region, has an investment capacity of 2 billion SEK.
