BNP Paribas takes over Turawa Retail Park in Opole (PL)

At the end of June 2016, a team of experts from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland took over Turawa Retail Park in Opole, for which it will provide comprehensive property management and leasing services.

 

"This is an important year for us, during which we took over the property management of many prestigious venues. We are expanding on regional markets in Poland and in the whole region of Central and Eastern Europe," says Michal Pszkit, Operational Director, Property Management Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

 

Turawa Retail Park, owned by a fund managed by British investment company Standard Life Investment, located on the ring road of Opole, offers customers an area of 36,000m², about 70 shops and restaurants and 1,400 free parking spaces. Key tenants include Carrefour, Praktiker, Reserved, Media Expert, SMYK, C&A, Cubus, KiK, CCC, Super-Pharm, Takko Fashion, Deichmann, Carry, Rossmann, Szachownica, Sephora, Empik.
